I am the City Manager of the most dynamic, vibrant community in upstate New York (let’s face it, probably the world!).
I joined the City in July of 2008 after a stint in the private sector. Prior to working in Geneva, I was a project manager for the largest public-private partnership for municipal operations in the United States at Sandy Springs, Georgia. Prior to my work in Sandy Springs, I was the Assistant City Manager of Beaufort, South Carolina, and an economic development staffer in Staunton, Virginia (home of the world’s first City Manager!).
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from James Madison University (Go Dukes!), and have completed coursework toward a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!).
